Cada lote pasa por un riguroso control de calidad, dimensionado óptico electrónico por peso y calibre, y un preenfriamiento inmediato hasta +5°C dentro de las horas posteriores a la cosecha. Utilizando almacenamiento en Atmósfera Controlada (CA) y envasado en atmósfera modificada (MAP), garantizamos un suministro constante de octubre a abril sin degradación de la firmeza de los arilos ni de la cantidad de jugo.
