Nilasya Global is committed to respecting and protecting the personal data and commercial privacy of our website visitors, customers, and global partners.

1. Collected Information & Purpose

Information submitted through our RFQ and contact forms (name, company name, email, phone number, destination port, shipment specifications) is processed solely for preparing formal export quotations and conducting legitimate B2B commercial communication.

2. Data Security & Retention

We do not sell, rent, or distribute your data to third-party marketing brokers. All form submissions are transmitted via encrypted HTTPS and secured databases.

3. Data Controller & Legal Basis

The data controller is Nilasya Global Tarım Dış Ticaret Ltd.. Form data is processed because it is necessary to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)) and on the basis of our legitimate interest in B2B communication (Art. 6(1)(f)).

4. Service Providers & International Transfers

Form data is stored on Google Cloud Firestore (Google LLC) servers located outside Türkiye. Website usage statistics are collected with Google Analytics. If you choose to send via WhatsApp, your message is transmitted through WhatsApp (Meta Platforms). These transfers rely on the consent you give with the checkbox on our forms.

5. Retention Period

RFQ and contact requests are retained for up to 2 years after the request is closed. If a commercial relationship is established, records are kept for the period required by statutory retention obligations and are then deleted or anonymised.

6. Your Rights & Contact
